What do your young students want from the class?
They want to have fun, play games, and make friends. Most of all, they probably want to have a sense of ACHIEVEMENT.
The student wants their efforts to be valued when they are successful at completing a task or learning something. Giving rewards is a way a teacher can reinforce this feeling of achievement.
We will talk about non-verbal rewards today in order to see how the trainer uses them to make the class engaging for students.

Secondary rewards are very exciting & motivating for young students! There are so many ways to give these rewards.
I agree. Students like sticker rewards. I also use that star effects on Manycam sometimes. But usually I use the catching fish reward using Manycam animations, They love it!
