After mispacing my 1st class, I became VERY vigilant NOT TO MISS the entry window. Twice I was camped IN the “My Sessions” page running down the clock to 10 mins and the pink button signifying entry. At PRECISELY 10 till, on attempted entry – the message was: “ABSENCE SWITCHED” and I lost my whole day.

I’ve been following your instructions, but your system blocked entry AS YOU INSTRUCTED

PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS GOING ON

Yes. Super clear, but in practice, I was shot down following EXACTLY what is illustrated here.

Hey, Alvin! I am not sure if I catch that, 🙁 , there should be an ‘Enter the session’ button within 10 mins before the session starts, you can click the button to enter the session as sson as it shows up~ But we’ve reported your issue to PMIT, please feel free to talk to PMIT_Help desk for further assistance.

I am at a total loss why I am getting my account frozen and a computer generated email I am in the last 10% of consultants at a 9.21. WTH is that about. Then I get an email I am leaving clients without a session completed. Another computer generated email making 0 sense at all. I have had 0 classes I was told to complete that I have not completed.
