1.Pay Structure

For 15-mins demos, the maximum sessions you will get scheduled in each hour would be?

——— 3

 

In the best case, if you get THREE sign-ups, your pay of this hour will be?

——— 45-min BR + (Bonus+ Bonus+ Bonus)

 

2.Extra demo hour booking

 

Can I book some extra demo hour?

 

On weekdays, please book your available time on your weekly booking list, so that we could select the consultants that meet our needs by the rating accordingly.

On weekends or holidays, consultants could contact DT Schedulers to ask the opening hours.

When you book your available time, the hour will be automatically scheduled into two kinds of sessions, REG sessions and LVP sessions (and of course, one more dot: not scheduled)

If you’re not scheduled, feel free to ask REG & DT Schedulers if there’s available for sessions.

Please check out the schedule and confirm the time and session types 4 hours in advance.

 

What is demo fixed schedule?

 

Demo Fixed Schedule can assure you be arranged for Demo sessions. ( Consultants could contact DT Schedulers to set demo fixed schedule via TutorChat )

Though you’ve booked the MPT and your available hour, there’s still some probability that you’re scheduled for LVP or REG (and of course, not scheduled)

 

3.Cancellation

 

How to send leave request?

Please go to your consultant page and click the ‘consultant’ tab and find the Comm Center to submit your leave request.

 

4.Check in

 

How to check in?

If there’s a check-in notification popping up, and click there to check-in; if not, do remember to check-in on the left bottom of the interface, and click the button to check in.

 

 

When do I need to check in?

 

Please check-in between XX:02-XX:28. If you have checked-in already, and system will show up “check-in successfully”, and the check-in time will also show up.

If you get the consecutive demo hour, you just need to check-in for once; If not, you shall check-in AGAIN before next demo session starts.

No matter what your Demo hours are, the check-in time slots would be from XX:02 to XX:28

 

【Examples】

If your demo hours are consecutive like 17:30, 18:30 and 19:30,

You would only have to check-in ONCE between 17:02-17:28.

 

If your demo hours are not consecutive like 08:30,09:30 and 12:30

You would only have to check-in TWICE

1st check-in between 08:02-08:28

2nd check-in between 12:02-12:28

 

 

Check-in is the first step of starting Demos, Please note

If you check-in successfully, you will see the check-in time beside the button, and it will automatically disappear after xx:30 ,its normal .

If you were added any other sessions occasionally on that day, you need to check in once more time.

 

5.Enter the Classroom

 

How to enter the classroom?

Please start your scheduled session by clicking on the Start Session Button. And please click on that one or two minutes before your session starts.

 

Why there is no “start session” button?

If there is no start session button for a particular session, it is because the Start Session Button only appears when it is 5 minutes before the session starts.

 

Why can’t I enter the classroom? What if the browser is blank?

If nothing happens after clicking on the Start Session Button, please refresh Google Chrome browser. And if it is still the same case, please contact DT scheduler right away for assistance.

And if it is blank after clicking on the button, it is highly likely caused by the unstable Internet connection, please contact DT scheduler for assistance right away.

If after clicking on the Start Session button, the message shown on the redirected link is that you have been switched, that would indicate that your session has been cancelled or rescheduled before the class.

 

What does “you have been switched” mean?

That would indicate that your session had been cancelled or rescheduled before the class. There is no need to worry.

 

6.Colors of the dots

 

The green dot indicates that it is a booked hour, but no any type of sessions is scheduled yet;

The yellow dot means Standby. You must check in 2 -28 minutes before the scheduled time. When the dot is purple, it indicates that you have been booked in advance.

The pink dot means now the slot is On Air, so please refresh the page if you cannot see the Start Session button.

If you see a half pink half grey dots, it means that you need to finish the level report.

And the dot will turn grey after you finish the level placement report.

Please note that when the yellow dot turns grey, it indicates that it has come to this hour, this DOES NOT mean that you will not be scheduled to any sessions for this hour.

 

7.Situations during class or after class

 

What if there is no student in the session?

Please wait at least 5 minutes in the classroom with camera on, and if the client still no show, you could leave the session, and please finish the demo incomplete report. (Please note that the Five Minutes here starts when the scheduled demo session begins, not by the time you enter the session.)

 

What if there is more than one student in the session?

If you could choose one student to teach and write the level placement report for the student, then you could teach this session like how you usually do. But if this does bother you, please send a message to the agent only asking which student is the client so that you could know which student you need to evaluate. If you do not get a prompt response from the agent, please contact DT scheduler right away for assistance.

 

What if the parents always interrupt us during the session?

You could say “Mom/ Dad, no help please. He/she can do it” in a really nice and polite way. If this does not help, please send a message directly to the agent asking for assistance. If you do not get a prompt response from the agent, please contact DT scheduler right away for assistance. But Never leave the session abruptly or refuse to teach because of this.

 

There is connection/camera/microphone issue with the student.

Please send a message directly to the agent asking for assistance. If you do not get a prompt response from the agent, please contact DT scheduler right away for assistance. What you should not do is leave the session and write demo incomplete report. Please contact DT scheduler for assistance first.

 

What if the student cannot see the materials?

Please send a message directly to the agent asking for assistance. If you do not get a prompt response from the agent, please contact DT scheduler right away for assistance. What if the student leaves the session suddenly?

Please wait in the classroom for at least 5 minutes with camera on, and inform DT scheduler before leaving the session and writing demo incomplete report. (Please note that the Five Minutes here starts when the scheduled demo session begins, not by the time you enter the session.)

 

8.About the agents

 

It could be possible that there’s no agent in your session. It is not mandatory for agents to stay in your session. Also, the agent could leave your session due to the client’s request. Besides, for auto demo, a demo booked by the client directly, there won’t be an agent in your class. But if you do need someone for help, you can contact DT Schedulers.

 

What if there is no agent in the session?

If there’s no agent in the session, you can have your session with your client by yourself. And, if you do need someone for help, please contact DT Schedulers.

 

Why the agent doesn’t introduce me to the student and ask me the start the session?

Please start the session and introduce yourself to the client on your own, if the agent doesn’t do that. And it’s a good chance to build connection with your client.

 

What if the agent keeps talking with the student when the session starts?

If the agent keeps talking with the student when the session starts, you can kindly remind the agent of the time through chat box. And if the agent still keeps talking when the timer is counting down, please stay in your session, and you can meet the agent and client with a big hello and smile. They will know it’s time for class.

 

Why the agent doesn’t tell me the basic information of the student and ignore my questions?

Please kindly send your questions to the agent through chat box. The agent won’t ignore your question on purpose. If the agent doesn’t reply to you, you can ask your client and figure out the information by yourself. If you do need help during your session, please contact DT Schedulers

 

There is no student now, what if the agent asks me to wait in the empty session?

It is possible that the client is late for your session, so please stay in your session with patience. If you have kept waiting for 5 minutes, and the client doesn’t show up, please leave the leaving reason in the chat box, and fill in an incomplete report after your leaving. And please write down the reason for your leave in the chatbox (to agent directly, NOT to all) for the reference of the agent.

 

What if the agent asks me to fill in a complete report for a session I don’t have it?

Please fill in an incomplete report if you don’t have it. And please write down the reasons for not completing your session.

 

What if the agent asks me to give the student a level which doesn’t fit with him/her?

You can use that as a reference. But please give the student a precise level, depending on his/her performance and your teaching experience.

 

9.Issues related to consultants

 

There is something wrong with my connection/microphone/camera, I need help now.

Please try to re-enter the classroom. If it still does not work, please message schedulers on Tutorchat to confirm the situation, they are able to help

 

What if the materials not-loaded/keeps loading/there are no materials?

Please try to re-enter the classroom and refresh. If it still does not work, please message schedulers on Tutorchat to confirm the situation, they are able to help

Where are the teaching materials?

English material is right after the agent material, you can find bookmark for the Demo cover page.

 

Which kind of feedback report should I fill in?

If the client is late/lost connection once, but you still have taught more than 10 minutes, you can fill out the complete level report

As long as you can give out the correct level for the client, you could fill out the complete report.

If you think this class should be rescheduled ( client is in an unstable environment or etc) you should ask agent (in the chatbox)to reschedule, not until you get the approve from agent can you exit and submit the incomplete level report; If you don’t get response, you can ask DT schedulers for help

Please respect all the effort we put in every single Demo class, agent have communicated with clients for a whole week before the actual demo class, don’t give up for the demo class so easily.

When you finish one Demo class and it is incomplete, you should submit the level report immediately as you exit the page

 

When is the latest time can I submit the feedback report?

Please submit the feedback report immediately after each Demo session, latest within 10mins after you finish the demo session. Please don’t forget to submit.

 

Why can’t I submit the feedback report?

Please refresh the page. If it does not work, please make sure that you fill the feedback report within 100 words and without emoji. Check your grade, there can only be two highest rankings. Try to submit again, if it says Error or it’s blank, please contact DT scheduler; they will help you with that.

If you can’t submit your incomplete report, it could be the reason because it is rescheduled before you submit the report

 

10.Ratings

 

Who rates the demo classes?

Agent will ask client to rate consultant first, and if agent have different idea about the rating, agent could change the rating

 

Who can I contact if I received an unfair rating for demo class?

You can always contact DT Trainer about unfair rating issue. We will look into it. And get back to you ASAP.

 

Why I don’t get rate for the session?

Because the agent will have to manually give the rating for the session, sometimes they will forget to do so, but Demo pays by the hour base plus the bonus per sign-up, it is not rating-based.

 

11.Can I leave from the demo team?
